Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Finnish Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.


The Job:

  • Handling chats in a timely and customer-centric fashion
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers 
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction


What you already have:

  • Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
  • Soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally 
  • A positive attitude
