Summary:

As a CRM Coordinator at White Hat gaming, you will be part of a team that manages 6 casino brands and new casino launches regularly. We are seeking a confident CRM Coordinator with experience in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate would have first-hand experience in creating and executing CRM campaigns from end to end. Knowledge of email rendering and mass email marketing practice is a must and knowledge of basic HTML would be an advantage.

This position is an entry level position.


The Job:

  • To ensure smooth operations, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Building all types of marketing materials such as: dynamic emails in multiple languages with basic HTML, SMS messages and website inbox messages.
  • Setting up bonuses in the back office to be credited to players.
  • Setting up ad-hoc and automated campaigns from beginning to end, including target groups and scheduling of the campaigns.
  • Reporting the performance of campaigns.
  • Coordinating with other teams to acquire necessary marketing materials.


What you already have:

  • Experience in the Gaming/Online Casino industry.
  • Experience with email building systems, preferably Exact Target.
  • Experience in executing campaigns using marketing automation tools, preferably Optimove.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
  • Is well organised and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Is fluent in English.Finnish or Norwegian languages are an advantage.
  • Has a great eye for detail.
  • Is self-motivated and able to work from own initiative, yet thrives in a team environment.
  • Has great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of contact.
  • Has a positive mindset and a ‘can do’ approach.
