We are looking for a motivated Norwegian Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction.

We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.


The Job:

  • Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
